Michael McNiven
Managing Director
Michael is excellent at building strong C-Suite relationships with clients across the UK, US and European regions. Michael has a background in sales management and strategic planning, helping hone and navigate businesses of all sizes. Prior to Inventas, he manged London Thames television operations, and was a regional director at Cable and Wireless.
Josh McNiven
Sales Director
With over a decade at Inventas, Josh started as tech support intern, to working closely with clients as the sales and account manager. Josh became a qualified Yachtsman at 18, sailing from Gibraltar to the Canaries on a 54ft yacht.
Marie Brock
Operations Manager
Marie is the operations mastermind behind the team. She helps navigate the internal network within. Although Marie works within, helping navigate the internal network, she manages with the end-client in mind and has done so for retail, ISP, hospitality and printing industries. Marie is the newest member of the team and is another dog lover with her faithfuil companion Domino
Tom Baker
First Line IT Support Technician & Account Manager
Previously a chef at The Ivy, Tom is skilled at working under pressure and brings a calm and amme approach and precision to tech problem-solving. He has been with Inventas for 4 years
Mick Jackson
IT Team Tech Manager
Mick has been with Inventas since it’s inception, and specialising in Windows servers, computer networking, and Microsoft 365. He was formerly a motorcycle courier for 17 years, clocking up a million miles before retraining
Dr. Bill Vallins
JIT Support and Development/p>
Bill is a polymath – a qualified biochemist, scientist, photographer, a scuba diving instructor, and adept web developer. His polymath approach gives him the Technical abilities for IT Support and Development Projects
Stephen Clark
Second-Line Engineer
Stephen has a long-standing career with over 28 years in IT. His expertise lies in OS, Backups, Entre ID and software issues, and he understands the need for the legal, educational, hospitality and field service industries
Simon Court
2nd Line engineer
Simon has been a Helpdesk Engineer for over 18 years, is Microsoft 365 Certified, and Modern Desktop Associate. He specialises in our security products Heimdal, CSA, Sophos, and Microsoft Servers and Azure environments. Plus Ubiquiti Unifi WIFI and CCTV (Protect) management. If you use these products, you will likely work with Simon as he is the lead engineer in instals and support
